Picking an Incorporation Date

According to famous astrologer Edward Johndro, there are two very important considerations in choosing the incorporation dates of any company. This article will explore his theory and see how it could be put into practice. Although the info here are mostly written for limited companies, it is also applicable to other ventures like starting a website or forming a group.

The thing of natalising any business is to recognise the planet or planets which rule the business. Note that what is meant by “planets” here includes the Sun, the Moon, some asteroids and other hypothetical points. Here are a list of planets and their respective rulerships, compiled by one of Johndro’s students, Bill Meridian:

After picking the ruler of your business, the next thing is to wait for it to pass through a recent point which conjuncts or opposite a recent or coming eclipse. Any solar or lunar eclipses occurring from the past nine months to the following twelve could be considered valid, and the allowable orb is 5 degrees. For example, on 21 August, 2017, there will be a total solar eclipse at 28 Leo. A few days later, Mercury will pass through this point on 5 September, 2017. It will be a great day to start a footwear business.

However, for slower moving planets, it is hard to wait for the time when it finally gets close to an eclipse point. The next best thing is to wait when the planet is stationery, i.e. when its apparent velocity on the sky is zero. In other words, wait for the moment when it is just about to go retrograde or direct again. For example, during the last week of September 2017, Pluto will be stationary on 16 Capricorn. It will be a great time to start an insurance or biotech business.

Please note that, in both examples above, they are rare days which satisfies both points. On 5 September, 2017, Mercury not only will be at the eclipse point, but it will also go from retrograde to direct at the same time, which makes it an ideal day to start any business it rules. Similarly, with an orb of 4 degrees, Pluto in late September will be in opposition to the solar eclipse on 13 July, 2018, which will be on 20 Cancer.
